季節のオードブルはぱっと見野菜サラダのようで
サーモンがのぞいています。
卵白、パプリカ、バジルと
色合いにも気を配った３種類のソースが掛かっており
とっても美味しくいただきました
コーンスープは豆乳が入っているそうで
少しクリーミー
言われなければミルクが入っているかと思うとこです
コーンの香りも良く、これまたいい感じ
海老ときのこのアヒージョは
表面に少し膜が張っているような。
コーンスープとアヒージョの間隔は15分ほど
そんなに混んでる訳でもないのに、
ゆっくりと食べてくださいということでしょうか
膜が気になりましたが、味はまあ問題無し
このアヒージョを食べ終わってから
次のサーロインが出てくるまでが約30分
ちょっと長いような、
ここでは時間をそんなに気にしてはいけないのかも知れません
生姜の香り和風ソースとありましたが、
生姜の香りはあまりしません
お肉はやや固めで少しパサついた感じ
悪くは無いですがもう少し良いお肉だったらと、
贅沢でしょうか
場所的に神戸牛とかを連想してしまいますので
お肉への期待値が高いのは避けられません
そしてデザート。これはなかなかいけます。
久々にゆっくりとしたランチを取ることができました
