★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仲間内で、記念日に思い出ムービーを上映するため、レンタルしました。
一生懸命寝ないで作ったムービーで、皆泣いて感動してくれました。
ですが、ムービーが終わった後、スタッフの人が不在で、呼び鈴を押しても来てくれず、自動再生で謎の映像（映画館側に保存されているデータ）が勝手に流れ出してしまい、とめる事が出来ず、爆音の中、皆であたふたどうやって止めるの？！とか、何この映像？？と、すごい微妙な空気になりました。
感動の涙も引っ込んでしまいました。
こんな放置のされ方をするなんて・・。。
レンタル時、こちらの上映するムービーの長さも伝えたのに・・。
PAはこちらにお任せくださいとおっしゃっていたので安心しきってしまっていました。
放置するなら、せめて自動再生にならないよう設定しておかないと
こういう事になるのは目に見えてますよね？
会場の雰囲気は良く、メールの返信も早く良かったのですが
当日の対応はとてもプロとは思えませんでした。
放置するなら、操作やりますとか言わないで欲しいです。
人が感動するような映像をつくるのに、一体何日何時間、どれくらいの労力がかかるか、分かっていますか？
その努力の結晶を、たった数分で簡単にぶちこわされた気分分かりますか？
二度と戻ってこないものです。
こういう施設を運営するにあたって、一番大切な事が抜け落ちている気がします。思いやりがないと感じます。
人の気持ちを温めるのにはとても時間と労力がかかります。
冷やすのは、一瞬です。
もっと、自分たちの仕事の重みを認識してください。
とても悲しい気持ちになりました。
I rented it to show a memorable movie on the anniversary of my friends.
The movie was made without sleeping so hard that everyone cried and was moved.
However, after the movie ended, the staff was absent, and even if I pressed the doorbell, it did not come and the mysterious image (data stored in the movie theater side) flowed out automatically and stopped. I couldn't do it, and in the roar, how did you all stop? ! Or what is this video? ? It became a very delicate air.
I have also withdrawn my emotional tears.
I don't want to be left alone like this ... .
At the time of rental, I told you the length of the movie to be shown ...
I was relieved because I was told that I would leave the PA to me.
If you leave it unattended, you must at least set it so that it does not automatically play.
You can see this happening, right?
The atmosphere in the venue was good, and the reply to the email was good too.
The response on the day didn't look very professional.
If you leave it alone, do not tell me that you will do the operation.
Do you know how many days, hours, and how much effort it takes to make a moving image?
Do you know how easy it was to break the fruit of that effort in just a few minutes?
It will never come back.
I feel that the most important thing is missing when running such a facility. I feel un considerate.
It takes a lot of time and effort to warm people's feelings.
It's only a moment to cool.
Be more aware of the weight of their work.
I felt very sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とっても素敵なシアターで、スタッフたちも親切に対応していただいたので、上映会や生配信で何度も利用させていただきました。映像も音響もいつも大満足です。何しろ大声出して応援しても音漏れの心配がないので、安心して楽しめます。
他に利用したこともないものが、アンチな書き込みはちょっと酷いですね。もしかして営業妨害かな。そういう人は可哀想としか思えないですね。
これからも定期的に利用させていただきます。
It was a very nice theater, and the staff were kind enough to use it many times for screenings and live streaming. I am always very satisfied with the video and sound. Even if you cheer loudly, you don't have to worry about sound leakage, so you can enjoy it with confidence.
I've never used it elsewhere, but anti-writing is a bit terrible. Maybe it's a business disruption. I think that kind of person is only pitiful.
We will continue to use it on a regular basis.
