S	Sato Ayano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 伊丹空港から車で5分。なか卯阪急石橋店が1階にあるビルの4階にあります。エレベーターを降りると、高級感ある異空間に入ったような気分になります。高級感あるお店は少し緊張してしまいがちですが、席に着くと不思議とリラックス出来る空間でした。米田シェフはちょっと強面ですが話してみるととても優しさを感じる笑顔が素敵な可愛らしい方でした。お料理がスタートして、1品目からこだわりを感じました。イノベーティブイタリアンで、少し和のテイストも感じられ、とても美味しいお料理でした。お料理は全部で8品と＋デザート。前菜やスープ、お魚料理にお肉料理、キャビア爆盛りパスタまで、全て美味しく盛り付けも綺麗で大満足でした。デザートは口の中で完成するように技が仕込まれているティラミス。あっさりして程よいビター感が最後に口の中をリセットしてくれる、美味しいティラミスでした。心もお腹も満足させてくれる、そんな素敵なお店でした！私は東京に住んでいるので、また伊丹空港に行く際は予約して行きたいと思っています。既に2度目の予約もしていますが、冬のお料理も楽しみです！ 5 minutes by car from Itami Airport. Chef Yoneda is a little strong, but when I talked to him, he was a lovely person with a lovely smile that felt very kind. Cooking started, and I felt particular about one item. It was an innovative Italian food with a slightly Japanese taste and it was a very delicious dish. There are 8 dishes and + dessert in all. Appetizers, soups, fish dishes, meat dishes, and caviar explosive pasta were all delicious and the serving was beautiful and I was very satisfied. The dessert is tiramisu, which is designed to be completed in the mouth. It was a delicious tiramisu with a light and moderate bitterness that resets the mouth at the end. It was such a wonderful shop that satisfied my heart and stomach! I live in Tokyo, so I would like to make a reservation when I go to Itami Airport again. I have already made a second reservation, but I am looking forward to winter food!
