★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月会費が5,980円と安いのが良い(12～3月は7,480円)。以前はシャワールームが無かった(温泉は400円で利用可能)が、ロッカールーム内に作られた。
It is good that the monthly membership fee is as low as 5,980 yen (7,480 yen from December to March). Previously there was no shower room (hot spring is available for 400 yen), but it was made in the locker room.

狭いですが人が少ない限り充実したトレーニングできると思いますよ。
筋トレマシンは使ってないですが少ない方かもしれません
カーディオ系マシンがそれなりの数あります。
フリーウェイトが充実しており、綺麗めのダンベル一式、BULL製のベンチ台2,BULL製タワー型パワーラック1,スミスマシン1,デッドやウェイトリフティング用の少し狭いプラットフォームが1、フリー用のベンチが２有りました。
バーベルは結構サビてます
私が行った時の店員の方はあまり経験なさそうで、器具に詳しくないようでした。
ホテルの温泉の割引券は声かけなきゃもらえないと思うので、受付に声かけましょう。
