D	Deb Tryzbiak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is extremely helpful, but the shipping office is difficult to find. Google maps shows FedEx inside the Global Logistics bldg. After going in and doing my best to speak with the Japanese guard, he finally showed me a map and pointed me in the direction to go. The issue I had was the building itself has a small parking area for cars and then all the other sides of the building are big tractor trailer bays. I assumed there was an office in the building, not in a bay...my mistake. Thankfully, the guard kept me from going back to the sidewalk to go around the building (I did this the day before) and had me walk along the road near the bays toward the south corner. There I found a small set of steps with a sign saying they were now receiving packages there. When I went inside the "office" in the bay, I found a sign next to the phone that said to dial a specific number for FedEx. I did and a staff member came and was able to help me. He was extremely kind, even though I have a very limited Japanese vocabulary. All in all, the process wasn't difficult, but finding the office was.

The entrance is on the corner of the loading bay with a tiny office. Not in the main building entrance. The forms were in English and the staff spoke enough English as well. They were also very kind, patent and informative.
