★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei documentos para o Brasil, valor de 8 mil yens o envelope grande, chegou em SP em 1 dia, o problema é que para mandar para outros estados a FedEx terceiriza o serviço. Caiu nas mãos de empresas brasileiras e ficou 45 dias encalhado pra não dizer perdido, tive que mandar buscar a encomenda a 400km do destino prometido da entrega !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく電話が繋がらない。保留音が流れ出して7分待っても繋がらない。お急ぎの方はWEBからと案内されWEBを見ると再配達はカスタマーサポートへ電話してと書いてあり結局メールしました。
I can't connect to the phone anyway. Even if the hold sound starts to flow and I wait for 7 minutes, it does not connect. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話がつながらない。しつこくアナウンスを流して電話を切らせようとする。そもそも追跡番号が間違ってるのか荷物が見つからない。
I can't connect to the phone. I try to hang up by making a persistent announcement. I can't find my luggage because the tracking number is wrong in the first place.

永遠に繋がらないかと思ったが、営業時間や祝日等に気を付けて、他ごとでもしながら根気強く待てば繋がりはすることを確認。
I waited about 15 minutes to connect to customer service.
I was wondering if I could connect forever, but I confirmed that if I wait patiently while paying attention to business hours and holidays, I will be able to connect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the location is inconvenient, the staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Worth noting is that the cut-off time for packages being sent is typically 1 hour before the office closes for the day. The office is on the grounds of a larger company, so after entering the gate turn right, parking is 50m further on your right. After parking, continue further in the same direction, the (small) office's entrance is just around the corner of the large warehouse (on your left just before you pulled into the parking area).
