葛	葛城 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのお店に問い合わせをした時に『当店ではコロナ対策として、一度も来店せずに物件紹介、案内から引渡しまでできます。』とスタッフの方がおっしゃったので、私も地方に住んでいたので、行く手間も省けるし、どういう意味なのか興味もあったので、お願いしました。案内の際にスタッフの方が某アプリでTV電話を繋げてくれて、実際に見るのと同じような感じで、結果として申込みをさせていただくことになったのですが、私が気に入った物件はこちらのミニミニさんの物件で、ウェブでの申込みでした♪ 携帯で入力するだけで申込みもできて、書類のやりとりは郵送でし、始めての経験でしたが、なんの問題もありませんでした。ただ鍵の受け取りだけはお店にお伺いさせていただきました。お部屋も実際にTV電話で見せていただいた通りで、とても気に入ってます！！ここの店舗は時期に合わせた対応もしっかりされてて、もし住む人数が増えたりして引っ越しすることがあれば、またお願いしたいと思います。ありがとうございました！ When I made an inquiry to the shop here, "As a measure against corona, we can introduce the property, provide guidance and deliver it without ever visiting the shop. b	bpm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正直、星1もつけたくないです。ここの評価が高いのはキャンペーンのためです。主にLINEでやりとりするのですが、砕けた口調でかなり態度が悪いです。大家さんとの値段交渉などもしてもらえず、質問しても詳しく説明してもらえない謎の防臭抗菌費なども取られ、加入必須という火災保険も他より高いです。正直ここの火災保険じゃなくていいし、防臭抗菌や防虫など謎の費用は入居してもなにもなかったので一切支払わないように注意してください。 To be honest, I don't want to add 1 star. The high rating here is due to the campaign. I mainly communicate on LINE, but I have a crushed tone and a bad attitude. The price negotiations with the landlord are not possible, and the mysterious deodorant and antibacterial expenses that cannot be explained in detail even if you ask a question are taken, and the fire insurance that you must join is higher than others. To be honest, it doesn't have to be the fire insurance here, and there were no mysterious expenses such as deodorant antibacterial and insect repellent, so please be careful not to pay at all.
