K担当者からその場凌ぎの対応で入居までめちゃくちゃでした。
家賃も提示されてる金額で申し込みしてから間違ってましたとか詐欺師のやり方と一緒。
鍵ももらって家に行けばまだ工事終わってない。
しかも床の張替終わってるのに土足でウロウロしてるし、タバコの吸殻が転がってる。
夜中に新居を見に行けば、時間なかったのか床のワックスしてない、床にへこみキズあり、シンク内にキズ、ペンキのバケツ跡2箇所、浴室の天井、換気扇の内装工事の粉塵。
点検もなしの不動産大丈夫？
他の評価は詐欺かな？
責任者も折り返し電話ないし。

It was a mess from the person in charge of K to moving in due to the on-the-spot response.
The rent was also wrong after applying for the amount shown, or the same as the fraudster's method.
If I get the key and go home, the construction is not finished yet.
Moreover, even though the floor has been replaced, I'm wandering around with my feet, and the cigarette butts are rolling.
When I went to see my new house in the middle of the night, maybe I didn't have time to wax the floor, there were dents and scratches on the floor, scratches in the sink, two bucket marks of paint, the ceiling of the bathroom, and dust from the interior work of the ventilation fan.
Is real estate without inspection okay?
Is the other evaluation a scam?
