まず、物件内覧の時にスリッパを忘れたのか裸足なのは衛生的に良くないです。
これから住もうと考えてる部屋なのに配慮が足りない思います。
エ◯ブルの友人に話したらあり得ないと言っていました。
またWi-fiが無料で使える物件を選んだのですが、内覧時に問題なく使えるか聞いたところ、曖昧な返事でした。
そして案の定、入居して使用しているが全然繋がないし、繋がっても低速過ぎるし、すぐに切れる。
そして現在、管理会社に対応中な羽目に。
契約手続きの際にも、値引き交渉の話を出した途端、食い気味に無理です1円も引けませんと即答。
客商売なのでやんわりと丁寧に断る言い方が出来ない人なんだなと思いました。
対応の良さは過去にも使用した、ニッ◯ョー方が良かったです。
できればもう使いたくはありません。
