田	田中達也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居時、契約期間中、退去時全てにおいて対応が最悪でした。・最初は真摯に対応してくれるのかなと思っていましたが、それは契約するための表向きな対応でした。肝心な所の説明が無く、入居時に聞いた話と食い違っており、こちらが聞いていないと言っても、契約したのでの一点張りで、とても不快な思いをしました。・契約後もお金の計算間違いや手続きの遅延など、何度もやり直しがありました。・契約期間中の賃貸では、地震や台風の対応が遅く、共用部の扉の半壊についてこちらから電話しても、担当者によっては「何かありましたか？」など、情報が行き渡っておらず、手配が進んでいませんでした。結局、4ヶ月以上放置でまだ解決されていません。・退去時は次の転居先を聞いた後、現状の事を何も聞いてこられず、紙一枚に署名だけさせて、2分で対応が終わりました。入居していた賃貸の扉は壊れ、台風で木が倒れた状態のままなのにです。こんな対応の不動産会社で契約はされないことをおすすめします。 The response was the worst at the time of moving in, during the contract period, and at the time of moving out. ・ At first, I was wondering if he would respond sincerely, but it was an open response to make a contract.
