ア	アリヅカl l on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キャンセルをする際、1か月分の家賃を取られそうになりました。重説を受けただけで、まだ審査も受けてないし、契約書にもサインしてない状態でキャンセル料を取られるわけないと思い、こちらの店舗の管轄である全日本不動産協会に相談しました。結果、そちらの担当者さんもキャンセル料は取れないとのことだったので、もう一度、全日本不動産協会の名前を出したうえで不動産の担当者（清水さん）にキャンセル料がかかるのかと尋ねたら、「じゃあ、キャンセル料いいです」とのことでした。正直、ほとんど詐欺といっても過言ではありません。邪推かもしれませんが、レビューもサクラくさいです。消費者の無知につけ入り、非道に暴利をむさぼることは断じて許されません。皆さんも同じような被害を受けるかもしれないので、こちらの店舗に出向く際はくれぐれもご注意ください。 When I canceled, I was about to get a month's rent.
