ハ	ハマチ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 伊藤さんにご紹介していただきました。申し訳ないことに他の仲介会社で縁があり、成約とは至らなかったのですが、伊藤さんの丁寧なご提案のおかげで、自分なりの部屋探しの条件がわかりとても助かりました。何店舗か初期の相談はメールでしていましたが、こちらの店舗（伊藤さん）が一番丁寧でした。返事をしつこく催促してくる会社もあったので…。初期費用等に関してですが、管理会社が定めるものは乗っかるにせよ、不動産側の悪質なオプション等は一切なく、好条件でした。交渉なしで好条件で出して頂けたのでとても良心的な仲介会社さんだと思います。予算を言えばその範囲内で探してくれますし。次また部屋を探すとき際もぜひお願いしたいです。本当にありがとうございました。 I was introduced by Mr. Ito.
