Wished the staff could communicate better (especially in English)
A lot of their side dishes (e.g. onion rings) were sold out (quite disappointing)
Milk shakes were really good but a bit pricey

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good American burger. ¥780 for a cheese burger with fries and drinks with extra ¥400.
It was good enough potion for me but some people might feel it small.
However they use legitimate meat patties and cheese was just like the ones in US. Drink options are pretty good too. Good quick lunch spot with direct access to the Shibuya subway station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beef is dry, the service is poor, fries are average. The store design and ambiance saves it all. The price for a King Burger is ridiculously high, and the burger is NOT that big. I wouldn't recommend this burger at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meat quality is good but the price is too high for the small patties. Challenge burger is only 600 gramms of meat, not a real challenge but sits at 2500¥. For the same price you can get two triple burgers.
Extra toppings are also a little pricey. But the free flow drink bar is nice.
Overall the american counterpart is better though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was freshly prepared and the place is clean with enough alcohol dispensers placed around. I ordered the classic chicken burger, buffalo wings and chili cheese fries and everything was good (I recommend the slim fries) ?. Unlimited drinks are a plus ? Located right across the Yamanote Line exit, 7th floor of the Magnet Shibuya 109 building.
