オンライン商品の受け取りで、返品等ではありません。
なぜ、受け取りで行き違いになるかと言うと、レジがオンラインを把握してないためです。
レジは、ふてくされてました。
うまくできていることに本社にクレームする窓口がないから、店舗の裁量が絶大です。
よく考えて購入してください。
