1人は日本人だったが、隣のレジのお金を数えていた。責任者のようだったが、お客さんがレジ前を通っても無言！責任者があれでは従業員を指導できない。
挙げ句、隣のレジでメルカリ便の発送の際も外人さんが対応だったが、無言。物凄く感じが悪い！日本語で話してくれないので、どうしたらいいかわからない。こちらが言わないとラベルも出してくれない！
ファミリーマートの本部が責任者を指導すべき！他の店舗はいらっしゃいませ、ありがとうございましたを言ってくれるに！

One was Japanese, but was counting money at the cashier next door. He seemed to be the person in charge, but even if the customer passed in front of the cashier, he was silent! The person in charge cannot guide the employee.
A foreigner was also available when sending mercari flights at the next cash register, but it was silent. It feels really bad! I don't speak Japanese, so I don't know what to do. If you don't say this, you won't get a label!
