★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店で支払ったはずの税金が何故か督促状が来て未納が判明。自分もお客様控えを捨ててしまっていたため支払いを証明できず泣き寝入りしました。レシートは会計時に貰っていませんでしたが、画面タッチもしたしデータ送信されてると信じ込んでました。
勉強になりましたが、レジ画面の同意ボタン押しただけでは未会計のまま記録に残りません。お客様控だけではなく必ずレシートも貰いましょう。例え半券だけ貰っても会計は済んでませんから。
担当したレジのバイトは既に辞めたようですが本当に腹立たしい。高額な税金や公共料金の支払いは本当に気を付けるべき。
