ご飯を購入した所、年配男性のスタッフの方にお箸かスプーンどうしますか？と聞かれ、2人で食べる予定だったのでどちらももらってもいいですか？と聞くとお客さ～ん、どちらかしかダメですよ！本当に欲しい人に行き渡らなくなっちゃいますから！お子さんがいるのでスプーンでいいですね、と。
別にそれなら仕方ないので、(スプーンは大人用なので子供には大きすぎたので)お箸でお願いします。
と言うと、なんかムッとした様子で、別に分かってもらえればいいんですよ。と棚からお箸を台にぽんっと投げるように置いて、袋にお箸とスプーンを入れてました。
別にごねてもないし、なぜムッとされるのかも意味不明。
しかも結局渡すなら最初から言わないか、徹底して渡さないかのどちらかにしてほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜8時頃に勤務されていた方の接客が雑。購入したパスタを温めてくれていたのですが、縦向きに袋に入れたために偏って汁が出ていました。また、おしぼりは入っておらず。言葉遣い、立ち居振る舞いが粗雑なのは大目に見れるとしても、最低限の部分は押さえて欲しい。夜に行ってもそこそこ商品はあるので星は2つにしました。
The customer service of those who worked around 8 pm is miscellaneous. The pasta I bought was warming up, but because I put it in a bag vertically, the juice was unevenly coming out. I stayed 2 years ago for 3 nights and 4 days and the staff were friendly and nice. Convenient for convenience stores and Tokyo Station, so it was good for traveling.
