追記します。
とにかく、いい加減です。
どうにか利用者からお金を取ろうかしか考えていません。
また、本当に、連絡不足、職員の方たち同士のコミュニケーションが取れてないのか、留守電が入ってたのでかけ直すと、
誰もかけていない、ですと言われたことが何度もあります。
いい加減すぎて、困るので、施設の変更を申し出ましたが、ケアマネと結託してるので、無理でした。
預けていて、余計に手間がかかり、しかも会社を休んで行かなきゃいけない事が増え、最悪です。
職員全員、気にしてないので、改善の余地もないでしょうね。
