ショーケースには、7種類ほどのチーズケーキが並んでいます。オーブンで焼いたものとクリームチーズ系の2つがあります。
「アールグレイトシ」は、上がクリームチーズ、下がビスケットのような生地の2層になっており、チーズは後味軽やかでヨーグルトのような爽やかさがあります。
店内には、テーブルが1つと5席のイートインスペースもあります。

There are about 7 types of cheesecake in the showcase. There are two types, oven baked and cream cheese based.
"Aur Great Toshi" has two layers of dough, like cream cheese on the top and biscuit-like bottom, and the cheese has a light aftertaste and is refreshing like yogurt.
There are also eat-in spaces with one table and five seats in the store.

駐車場が、店の裏にあり、最初行った際は見つけづらかったです。
店内は、ケーキのショーケースと、大きいテーブルが１つありました。落ち着く雰囲気のお店でした。
店内で食べることも可能ですが、テーブルが一つしかないんで、持ち帰りのほうがメインかと思います。
今回は、「ベイクドテール」をいただきましたが、スティック型のチーズケーキで食べやすく、チーズも濃厚で柔らかな味わいで美味しかったです。
看板に書いてあった「しあわせチーズケーキ」まさに幸せな気持ちになりました。
さまざまなチーズケーキもあったので、全部食べてみたいと感じました。
店員さんも優しくオススメも教えてくれて気さくな方でとてもよかったです。

The store had a cake showcase and a large table. It was a relaxing atmosphere.
It is possible to eat in the store, but since there is only one table, I think taking it home is the main.
This time, we had a "baked tail", but it was easy to eat with a stick-type cheesecake, and the cheese was also delicious with a rich and soft taste.
“Happy cheesecake” written on the signboard made me feel happy.
There were various cheesecakes, so I felt like eating them all.
The shop assistant was kind and kind to me and recommended me very much.

8月の平日、13時ごろに到着しました。店の隣にある駐車場は平日ではありますが、かなり混雑していました。
店内は木の温かみがある造りで、ペンションのような雰囲気でした。ベイクドテール、レアチーズのカマンベールマジック、ベイクドチーズのカリフォルニア、オーストラリアンを1つずつ購入しました。
カマンベールマジックは予想以上のチーズ感です。ここまでチーズの風味が強いケーキは初めてで美味しく食べられました。しかし他のケーキは正直普通の味だと思います。美味しいのですが、食べたことのあるような味でした。
お値段はベイクドテールは200円くらい、他は400円前後でした。美味しかったですが、高いと感じました。行く予定のある方はレアチーズケーキをオススメします。
It seems to be a famous cheesecake shop in Kitakami City.
Arrived around 13:00 on weekdays in August. The parking lot next to the store was on a weekday, but it was quite crowded.
The interior of the store is warm with wood and has a pension-like atmosphere. I bought baked tail, rare camembert magic, baked California and Australian one by one.
Camembert Magic is more cheese than expected. This is the first cake with a strong cheese flavor so far. But other cakes honestly taste normal. It was delicious but tasted like I had eaten it.
The price was around 200 yen for a baked tail and around 400 yen for others. It was delicious but I felt it was expensive. If you are planning to go, we recommend a rare cheesecake.

とても美味しくてお土産に持って行っても喜ばれます。北上には美味しいお店が多いですが、ここが1番好きです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段は出張先で食べたり全国から取り寄せたりしていますが、個人的にトロイカはCP考えてもトップクラスでした。
そんなトロイカよりここがいいと口コミにあったので北上に出張中だったこともあり興味本位でお試しに購入。
それぞれにしつこくない程の癖があり美味しく頂きましたが、せっかくの専門店ならもう少しチーズの癖強めにして勝負する品あっても面白いかなと感じました。
良く言えばバランス良く誰でも食べやすい、悪く言えば食べやすくするためにせっかくのチーズ毎の癖やコクを柔らかくしてしまっている。
でも上品な味で美味しいと思うので、来年の出張時にリピートします。
トロイカがコーヒーならこちらは紅茶が合うかなと思います。
店員さんの愛想、接客、梱包文句無しです。
飲食サイトでもそうですが、やはりただどっちの店の方が美味い。という口コミは100％あてになりません。
ラーメンだと豚骨醤油と魚介醤油の店食べ比べて魚介醤油の店の方が美味しいと言ってる、ただの個人的な好みだけで片方の店を美味しくないかのように見せる悪い投稿の見本です。
あっさりしているけどそれぞれのチーズの味も感じられて尚且バランスがいいチーズケーキが好きな方にはピッタリなお店だと思います。

But I think it tastes elegant and delicious, so I will repeat it when I go on a business trip next year.
If the troika is coffee, I think this is a good match for tea.
