A	Akari Doi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の夕方に行きました。カフェには人がいましたが、ケーキを買う客は私ひとり。店員さんの対応がなんとも居心地が悪く、ケーキはおいしいといいなと家に帰って箱を開けてみると、頼んだものと違うケーキが入っていました。パリブレストがフルーツのゼリーになっていてガッカリでした。（レシートもパリブレストになっていました）客ひとりで店員さんは3人くらいいましたし、他のケーキ屋さんのように中身の確認をするくらいの時間はあったと思うのですが、普段からされていないのでしょうね。ケーキの味も少々期待はずれ。モンブランは普通、ベークドチーズはちょっとクセが強い、間違えて入っていたゼリーはあまりおいしくありませんでした。焼き菓子もバラで買えるものはカップケーキしかなかったようなので買って帰りましたが、パサパサしていてうーんという感じ。店員さんの対応が良いという評価がたくさんあることにビックリ。同じ店とは思えないです…残念です。 I went on a Saturday evening. 鶏	鶏始乳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一言「残念」でした…(2020年8月現在) ◯　入店した瞬間に襲ってきた不快な匂い。例えると、長年喫煙可で営業してきた店の匂い。それを無理くり芳香剤で抑えようとしたような匂い。洒落た洋菓子とドリンクを扱う店とは到底思えない悪臭。食べ物を扱う店で他の匂いがキツいのは致命傷では？出る時までしんどかった… ◯　スタッフの接客が機械的過ぎて素っ気ない。入店した瞬間、ショーケースの向こう側からそれなりの距離で「お持ち帰りですか？店内でお召し上がりですか？お一人様ですか？でしたら、二人掛けのお席へお願いします。」と、矢継ぎ早に言われる。そんなに客をコントロールしたいなら、他のお客様は殆どいなかったのだから案内してくれてもいいじゃないかとさえ思う。 ◯　オススメのシュークリーム注文後クリームを仕込む(挟む)という触れ込みに惹かれてオーダー。が、シュー(皮)が湿気ていてフニャフニャ、サクサク感は微塵も感じられない。とにかく「残念」。これまでクッキーなど購入していて美味しいと思っていたから余計に。スタイリッシュな店内に一瞬期待したが、外れた。思い返すと価格も少しリーズナブルなので、この程度の内容で仕方なしとも取れる。でもこの内容なら他の大手コーヒーチェーン店で充分満足できる。そちらはそもそも臭くないし。申し訳ないが、恐らく次はないし、知人にも紹介できない。 One word was disappointing...
