★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 値段が高い。他の自治体では障害者は無料もしくはかなり格安で貸し出しをしているが、この駐輪場は無料での貸し出しは特にしていない。北区は福祉に力を入れているようだが、財源の問題か、細かいところで意外とコストがかかることが多い。雨の場合は雨に直接ふれてしまうことは相当のデメリットだと思う。
