山	山尾佳祐 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、上福岡店で食事をしていたところ、私の後ろで赤の他人の殴り合いが始まりました。楽しく食事をしていた最中だったのでものすごく気分が害されました。その際、店長が店舗にいたので、喧嘩の仲介役をしていたのですが、食事中の私たちや、他の客に対して、謝罪の一言もありませんでした。その喧嘩の本人は、店長の友達の友達だそうです。その後電話で、謝罪がないのかと聞いたところ、よく訳のわからないことを言い出してものすごく遺憾です。また、恐らく嘘でしょうが、たまたまエリアマネージャーもその現場にいたらしくその方とお話しさせてくれとお願いしたところ、電話対応の店長と全く同じ声の人間が対応してきました。怪しいので、2人同時に喋ってくれとお願いすると、それは無理だと。営業終了後の1時半頃だったで、客は帰っているはずですが、締め作業で忙しいとのことです。たまたま店舗も近いため直接行くとやはり、店長しか出てこない、エリアマネージャーは出てこれないとの事だそうです。私の思い違いでしたら申し訳ございませんが、いない人間の名前を客に伝えて嘘をつくというのは、人間として、またお店の店長としてどのような自覚を持って仕事に取り組んでいるのか教えていただけませんか？せっかくの楽しい時間を無駄にされた上に、謝罪の一言も最初にない、こちら側としては、お金を払う必要はないと思っているので、せめてもの償いとして返金を求めます。ちなみに、店長はヤマオ、その上司のエリアマネージャーは、カタヤマらしいです。 The other day, when I was eating at the Kamifukuoka store, a red stranger started beating behind me. We can have yummy YAKITORI and the waiters are kind and fast to bring the foods and drinks. Especially the foods and drinks are cheaper than other similar YAKITORI restaurant. 3 months ago, I had a great dinner with my workmates and me are 6 people, but the price was less than 13,000 yen! TORIKIZOKU has many chain restaurants in Japan, so you can find out TORIKIZOKU easy. That’s why I recommend to go the TORIKIZOKU for you.
