こ	こここかかか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤ交換をお願いしました。事前にウェブ予約をした際に細かな見積もり額を教えていただきましたが、実際に交換した際の支払いはその事前見積もりより2000円ほど高くなっていました。勿論見積もり通りにはいかず必要な支払いが発生したならば納得して支払いますが、そのプラスの料金が何にかかったのかの説明は一切無く。レシートを見ても何かしらの作業がプラスされている事以外分かりませんでした。支払い時に説明があるかな？と思っていましたが、交換してくださったピットの店員さんからは最後まで接客も説明も無く、レジの方からも料金や作業に関する説明は一切無く総額のみを伝えられ終了でした。今までの経験上、車に関する店では作業内容などの説明が最後にある事が殆どなので、スッキリしないタイヤ交換となりました。 I asked for a tire change. Based on my experience so far, most of the explanations about work etc. are at the end in the car shop, so it was a refreshing tire replacement.
