The other day I went to a consultation for my daughter's adult costume. I decided to wear the band and accessories of Maruyama on my own kimono. I am grateful that you can shop with confidence and satisfaction, surrounded by staff who truly love the kimono. And I wanted to be able to wear a kimono nicely as my mother, my staff. It is a shop where you cannot apologize at all. I will never go again because I don't want to feel bad. I asked for it because the solicitation for fitting was persistent and troublesome. The elderly clerk who took care of me smelled a lot of fragrance from my hands, so do you use hand cream? I was happy to hear that I was using L'Occitane hand cream, but it was painful because I could touch the collar, and I sometimes looked down and said things, so I came to my mind. I'm surprised that I use a hand cream with a strong fragrance to handle kimono. There is no idea that the fragrance will be transferred to the kimono. The correspondence was the worst, but I was worried because I liked the item, so a middle-aged man who seems to be great now said that it will be cheaper now, so it is a rude shop. I did it later. There was no apology. Four years after that, I suddenly got a phone call and when I got out, I got a sales call saying, "I got an embroidered kimono that the customer likes." I stayed at the shop only once for about 15 minutes, but I was surprised to see the business open like a customer. The rude attitude is the same as at that time. What kind of education are you doing? There are other kimono shops, too. I hope it will serve as a criterion for those who have seen this. Later, the shop will reply to the word-of-mouth, but I don't need a reply. For those who couldn't even apologize at that time or when they called me, even if it was returned in writing, it would only seem like a temporary surpass (this is my impression).

Around the summer of 2017. When I was walking around Excel, I took a peek at the furisode and just talked a little at that time. While I received a lot of information about furisode, my daughter said that she would like an Excel shop, so I went back to Maruyama-san. I think I had a good feeling. My daughter is a year old, so I chose one kimono and my favorite accessories. For the pre-shoot of my second daughter, my eldest daughter wore my furisode and I bought my own kimono and shot it with three people. I have been with Maruyama for about 5 years. Now I go to the dressing class and can wear it myself. When I became able to wear kimono, I gradually wanted a kimono, and I continued to associate with them by buying small items and buying kimono. Not only the person in charge, but everyone is kind and welcomes you when you go to the store! The other day, there was a graduation ceremony for my second daughter. I matched the hakama with the furisode I bought. After taking several hakama dressing lessons, I am now able to dress. Even if it wasn't a dressing class, we had them respond individually. It's not that I wasn't interested in kimono, but it's thanks to the staff at Maruyama that I was able to like it so much. Nowadays, I want to keep in touch with each other for a long time, increase the chances of wearing kimono, and increase the number of kimono friends.
