★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の車検のような感覚で5年ほど乗ったロードバイクのメンテナンスをお願いしました。必要箇所の部品交換をお願いしましたが色々気になる点がありました。ブレーキワイヤーの交換ですが相談なしに黒からグレーになっていました。調べると色によって値段が違い、安いものを付けたようです。そうでなかったとしても原状回復を期待していたため残念でした。他にも前ディレイラーに割れた部品がありましたがまだ使えるからとのこと、費用は前払いで数万円しましたが知識もないため意見できず悔しい思いをしました。ベテランの方は良いかもしれませんが初心者の方にはこのお店はお勧めできません。何度か来店しましたがお店のご都合主義な対応が目立ちました。私は２度と行きません。
I asked for maintenance of the road bike that I rode for about 5 years like a car inspection. I asked for parts replacement of necessary parts, but there were various points of concern. It was a replacement of the brake wire, but it changed from black to gray without consultation. When I looked it up, the price was different depending on the color, and it seems that I attached a cheap one. Even if it wasn't, I was disappointed because I expected it to recover. There were other broken parts in the front derailleur, but it was still usable, and the cost was tens of thousands of yen in advance, but I couldn't give an opinion because I didn't have any knowledge, so I was disappointed. Veterans may be better, but beginners are not recommended for this shop. I visited the store several times, but the convenience of the store was conspicuous. I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スポーツバイク専門？のお店、店員さんは愛想良いという感じではないですが数年前、飛び込んで来たロードバイクの事を何も知らない初心者ワイに色々詳しく教えてくれたり、この前なんかは他店で購入したホイールの振れ取りもしてくれました。他のお客さんもお店の方に相談していたりするのをよく見掛けます。本格的なレース志向のお店はここら辺ではこのお店だけなのでお客さんも多く平日でも作業がたまって忙しそうな時があります。土日は更に忙しそうです。そういう時は断られちゃうかもしれないですね。
工賃は優しいですがその他商品等はお高め。店員さんは技術も経験もあり話しやすく、とっても頼りになります。また行きたいと思います。
挨拶しないという内容の評価の低いクチコミがありますが、チェーン店でもない個人専門店なんだならワイからすれば挨拶なんてなくてもいいと思います。そういう所求めすぎかと思いますね。
また、統一させてるお店もあるでしょうがそのバイク・パーツ等の状態で工賃が変わるのは当たり前だと思います。

Also, there may be stores that have unified the wages, but I think it is natural that the wages will change depending on the condition of the bikes and parts.
