ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社の同僚と昼休みにやって来たのは奉還町４丁目の喫茶エトワールさん、奉還町も4丁目まで来ると商店街の趣が少し変わってきます、アーケードの天井がないので雨天時はちょっと辛いところですね！ 12時少し前の入店で先客３名、当店は昭和喫茶ですが定食も充実しており、またラーメンも豚骨醤油の岡山ラーメンに近いものを供してくれます。同僚二人はご飯物の定食を注文しましたが、私は初志貫徹でラーメン（500円）を、待つこと５～６分で着丼しました。スープは黄土色で岡山ラーメンに良くみられる茶濁よりはかなり色合いが明るくなります、醤油ベースが少ないのか、かなり甘口のスープでこの甘さは最後まで続きます。脂は表面に浮かんでいますがそれほどしつこくなく、獣臭は全くしません。麺は中細ストレートでちょっと軟らかい仕上がりです。具材は適度に脂に廻ったチャーシュー２枚、太シナチクに少量のわかめと葱、ゆで卵はデフォで半分入っています。喫茶店が供するラーメンとしてはレベルが高いですが、私的にはもう少し辛口が好みであります！ I came to work with my colleagues at the company for a coffee break Etoile in Fukakucho 4-chome, and in Fengkai-cho up to 4-chome, the taste of the shopping street will change a little, but there is no arcade ceiling, so it's a bit hard when it rains ! The shop was opened just before 12:00 and there were 3 customers. Our restaurant is a Showa café, but the set meals are substantial, and the ramen is also close to Okayama ramen with pork bone soy sauce. Two colleagues ordered a set meal of rice, but I arrived at Ramen (500 yen) with Toru Shishiki and waited for 5-6 minutes to wait. The soup is ocher and the color is much brighter than the cloudiness often found in Okayama ramen. The sweetness of this soup lasts until the end because of the low soy sauce base. Fat floats on the surface but is not so persistent and does not smell animal at all. The noodles are medium thin straight and a slightly soft finish. Ingredients are two pieces of pork with moderately oily fat, a small amount of seaweed and strawberries in thick synachics, and half of the boiled eggs are in the default. The level of ramen offered by the coffee shop is high, but I prefer a bit more dry!
