★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国立江田島青少年交流の家の付属施設です。集団宿泊活動や団体での研修などで使用されます。公道から施設に至る道路の入口にはゲートがあり、普段は施錠されているため立ち入ることができません。艇庫には７艇のカッターが収められており、専用のクレーンで１艇ずつ桟橋に下ろして使用されます。艇庫のほか、ライフジャケットを着用するための建物も所在しています。研修は元海上自衛官の方々が中心となって指導されています。
 It is an attached facility of the National Etajima Youth Exchange House. It is used for group accommodation activities and group training. There is a gate at the entrance of the road from the public road to the facility, which is usually locked and cannot be accessed. The boathouse contains seven cutters, which are used by lowering each boat onto the pier with a dedicated crane. In addition to the boathouse, there is also a building for wearing life jackets. The training is led by former SDF personnel.
