★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ最近はコロナもあってなかなか行けてないですが、とても親切で対応の良い店舗だと思います。
私自身も引越しが多く、エスティローダーも含めデパコスカウンターは各都市・エリアで都度お世話になってきたのですが、中でもここエスティローダー東京大丸店はいつ行ってもBAさんの対応が丁寧でアドバイスも親身になってくれていると感じるので、一番好きな店舗です。
I haven't been able to go there recently due to the corona, but I think it's a very kind and responsive store.
I myself move a lot, and the Depacos counters, including the Estee Lauder, have been taken care of in each city and area, but especially here at the Estee Lauder Tokyo Daimaru store, BA's response is polite and advice is also given. I feel that they are kind to me, so this is my favorite store.
