★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 従来はイシバシプラザと商圏が重なることもあり、イシバシプラザの中核であるイトーヨーカ堂と被らない形で、こちらはホームセンター＆業務スーパー、あちらが総合スーパーマーケット（衣類日用品から生鮮食品やお惣菜も充実）という具合で住み分けていたのですが、2021年8月末でイシバシプラザが閉店、ヨーカ堂も撤退したため、大量発生する買い物難民の需要を満たすべく肉や野菜や果物といった生鮮食品やお惣菜・お弁当の類も大幅に充実させたようです、地域住民としても頼もしい限り。
ただイトーヨーカ堂が総合スーパーとして長年築き上げたノウハウというものが不足しているようで、ホームセンターや業務スーパーにありがちな「大きなカートでまとめ買いしやすい広くフラットなフロア」が仇となり、買い物客の多くに目的の商品を求めてあっち行ったりこっち行ったりという混乱が見られます、この辺りはノウハウを蓄積して売り場区画の最適化に努めて頂きたいところで。
またサッカー台が拡大した食料品扱いに追い付かずて狭く、日によっては落ち着いて買ったものを袋詰めできないところも気になります。
まあヨーカ堂撤退は沼津北口住民にとっては青天の霹靂ではあるのですが、その危機を回避すべく尽力されているエスポットさんには感謝です。
In the past, Ishibashi Plaza and the commercial area may overlap, so it does not overlap with Ito-Yokado, which is the core of Ishibashi Plaza. I lived separately depending on the condition, but at the end of August 2021, Ishibashi Plaza closed and Ito-Yokado also withdrew, so fresh foods such as meat, vegetables and fruits, side dishes and lunch boxes to meet the demand of a large number of shopping refugees. However, it seems that Ito-Yokado lacks the know-how that it has built up over many years as a general merchandise store. There is confusion about going back and forth in search of products. In this area, I would like you to accumulate know-how and try to optimize the sales floor area.
Also, I'm worried that the bagger is too small to catch up with the expanded grocery handling, and depending on the day, I can't calmly pack what I bought.
Well, the withdrawal of Yokado is a blue sky for the residents of the north exit of Numazu, but I am grateful to Mr. Espot for his efforts to avoid the crisis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2階に有る雑貨屋さんが好きです。前はもっと品揃えがあったのにコスメコーナーが出来てました。結構 掘り出し物があって洋服、バッグなんかもナチュラル系が揃ってます
I like the general store on the 2nd floor. There was a cosmetics corner even though there was more product lineup before. There are quite a few bargains, and clothes and bags are all natural.
