★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事の関係で奥州市を訪れた時に、知人からたまごめんが有名と聞いて買って帰りました。少しぼそぼそ感があって、のどごしがあまりよくなかったです。調理方法が悪かったのでしょうか？ 個人的にはつるつるとのどごしのよい三輪そうめん系が好きです。
