s	sub player on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般の物件は賃料が東京のタワーマンションと大差ないくらい高いので、一年経っても人が3分の1くらいしか入居してない。タワーマンションなのに何故かシェアハウスの部屋があり、そちらはお洒落な共有スペース(椅子が沢山ある投稿写真)が使える。しかも、一般的な賃貸の部屋ではシェアハウスの人達が使える広くて綺麗な共有スペースは使えないらしい。シェアハウスの値段は安いのでほぼ埋まってる。何故こんな造りにしたのか良く分からない。周りの築浅の物件に比べて二倍近くも高く、シェアハウス部分の為、タワーマンションとしてのホスピタリティも下がってる気がする。お金が余ってる場合は新潟では一軒家を買うだろうし、わざわざここに住む場所は何か理由があるか、金銭感覚がおかしいかのどちらかなような気がする。正直なところ、この辺りでこの価格で募集してる限り部屋は埋まらないだろう。一回にガラス張りのジムがあるが、人がいるところを殆ど見た事がない。 The general rent is so high that the rent is not much different from the tower condominiums in Tokyo. ま	まる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンシェルジュの対応が悪い。東京のマンションのコンシェルジュは管理人とコンシェルジュの差が分かっているが、新潟は混同しているのではないかと思う。築数年しか経っていないのに、エアコンは壊れるし、お風呂場のシャワーヘッドから水が割れて出てくる。家具付きでプラズマクラスターの洗濯乾燥機が着いていたので、そこも決め手にして借りたのに全然乾かない。不動産屋に言ってみたら、対応が最悪。高級マンションと聞いたから入居したのに、シェアハウスがあるのは謎。共用部分はシェアハウスに入居している方のほうがたくさん使えるし。こんな高い家賃払っているのに、コロナでなにも共用部分が使えないなら、せめて使えるようになるまで家賃下げるなど、何か対応してもらわないと部が合わないし、5分の1くらいの家賃で住んでるシェアハウスの人達の方が自由に利用できる施設が多いなら、シェアハウスに入居すれば良かったと思う。後悔しかないし絶対オススメできません。 The concierge's response is poor.
