 It is very easy to understand with a small group. Even beginners and those who are not good at exercising will teach you to suit your level. You can always go home after you finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体がかたい人でも初心者でもそれに合わせて丁寧に教えてくれます。ヨガに通いだして呼吸の大切さを学びました！呼吸が浅くなりがちなので、きちんと呼吸も忘れずに！と言ってくれるので有難いです。あと時間も60分で丁度良いです！先生が明るくて楽しい方なので時間があっとゆうまに経ちます！
Whether you are a hard person or a beginner, you will be taught carefully. I went to yoga and learned the importance of breathing! Don't forget to breathe properly because your breathing tends to be shallow! Thank you so much. The time is just 60 minutes away! The teacher is cheerful and fun, so it will take a while!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綺麗でアットホームなヨガスタジオです。先生も話やすく少人数制で、ポーズを直して下さったり教え方も上手です。その日のメンバーや体調に寄って違うポーズを教え下さったりもするのも楽しいです。
毎週朝レッスンに通ってますが、一週間の怠さや疲れがとれて気分もスッキリします。先生に出会ってから毎週ヨガの日が楽しみです(≧∀≦)
A beautiful and homely yoga studio. Teachers are easy to talk with and have a small group of people. It is fun to teach different poses depending on the members and physical condition of the day.
I attend lessons every morning, but I feel refreshed because I'm tired of being lazy and tired for a week. I'm looking forward to yoga every week since I met my teacher (≧ ∀ ≦)
