OCEAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ※注意※　車や自転車で行くのは厳禁!! 本物しか置いてません。昨今の日本酒は酒蔵が売りたい商品、開けたその日がベストパフォーマンスの足が早い商品が良いお酒とされています。もちろん、その日に飲めるなら問題ないですが、本来の日本酒の姿とはかけ離れています。加水され香りを付け足したお酒も美味しいですが、やはり原酒の美味しさと持続力には敵いません。置いてある日本酒は原酒なだけに、アルコール度数がalc17~alc18と開栓してから1ヶ月、1年経っても変らない美味しさが味わえます。 ※ほとんどの商品で試飲が出来ます。開栓してから時間が経過しているものも飲めるので、時間経過しているお酒の味も確認できちゃいます。日本酒コーナーをふらふらしていたらお猪口を渡されました(笑) 店主のおじいさんの説明を聞きながら、片っ端から注がれていく日本酒たち。辛口と表記されていても飲み手によって感じ方は違うからねー、と〘味は語らず〙の精神で飲ませてくれます。好適米の違いによる変化や、作り手によるバランスの変化など舌を持って感じることができました。何杯飲んだか分からない頃、新規のお客さんが来店されたので、だんだんとそちらにシフト。ようやく開放されました(笑) 試飲なのにトータル2合くらい飲んだのでは!? とりあえず、日本酒が好きな方はぜひ一度来店されてみてはいかがでしょうか? 今回は飯沼酒造の〘姿〙を購入しました。週末が楽しみだ。 * Caution * It is strictly forbidden to go by car or bicycle !!
