★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青山にあるmiyajiさんは。イタリアンというかビストロというかワインに合うお料理がいただけるお店。カウンター8席くらいにテーブル席が二つほど。利用シーンごとに使えそうですね。今回はコースディナーメニューをいただきました。フォアグラのテリーヌから始まり本マグロのタルタル、ウルグアイビーフなどかなり美味でした。それも一品ごとにしっかりデザインもされており見た目から心奪われます。ソムリエの宮地さんが料理とのペアリングとしてお客さんの好みにあったワインも選んでいただけるのも嬉しい。今夜はかなりの種類のワインが空いたのでは。グラスワインでここまで種類を出してもらえるのはなかなかないかも。一見、隠れ家的お店ですがどんなお客さんにでもホスピタリティ高いサービスがさすが〜だと思いました。
Miyaji in Aoyama. A restaurant where you can enjoy Italian, bistro, or wine-friendly dishes. There are about 8 seats at the counter and about 2 table seats. It seems that it can be used for each usage scene. This time I had a course dinner menu. Starting with foie gras terrine, this tuna tartare and Uruguay beef were quite delicious. Each item is well designed and you will be fascinated by its appearance. I'm glad that Mr. Miyaji of the sommelier can choose the wine that suits the customer's taste as a pairing with the food. I think there are quite a few wines available tonight. It may be hard to get such a variety of wine by the glass. At first glance, it's a hideaway shop, but I thought that the service with high hospitality was truly for any customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青学隣のイタリアンレストラン。シェフのお料理はとても美味しく、オーナーの宮地さんはきさくに会話にもはいっていただき、雰囲気もよく楽しく過ごさせていただきました(^^)前菜、パスタ2種、メインで組んでいただきすべてとても美味でした。牧草牛で放牧で自然に健康に育ったというイスラエルの牛が印象深いです✨ごちそうさまでした(^^)
