ここは就労継続支援B型事業所として営業している喫茶店です。そのため、従業員として働いているのは、一般就労が難しいとされる障がいを持っている人です。ただし障がいを持っている人が勤務しているとは言っても事業所スタッフがしっかりサポートしているので、一般的なカフェと大きくは変わりません。
A small retro coffee shop with 3 counter seats and 6 table seats. Each cup is hand-cranked by a hand-cranked mill and boasts a Hario-style coffee. There are many coffee makers on the shelves, and there are many pottery and glass cat figurines.
This is a coffee shop that operates as a type B office that supports continuous employment. Therefore, people who work as employees are people with disabilities who find it difficult to work in general. However, even though people with disabilities are working, the staff at the office are firmly supporting them, so it is not much different from a general cafe.
