モ	モンチコ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事が終わってこちらに参りました。何気なく明太子のパルメナーラを頼みましたら…、グツグツしたお料理が出てくるじゃないですか！しかも生卵別添えで！「黄身だけのせて召し上がるのがオススメです」との事。更には、受け取り口のすぐ隣に置かれたデカいチーズ塊(パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノ？)を個削いで入れてくれるアクション。すごく良かったです。久々にテンション上がりました！実際卵を割って黄身だけ採ろうとしましたが、とても新鮮なんでしょうね、あまりに白身が黄身のようにしっかりしており苦心、ようやく黄身と白身を分けて各々混ざらないように投入。しっかり堪能しました。生パスタなのでもっちもち。しかも最後まで熱々で戴けて良かったです。いやぁこれはおいしかったです。お盆をお返しした際にお礼を申し上げた時のお姉さんの笑顔がとても良かったです。いい仕事してます。フードコートでこのクオリティはびっくりしました。お蔭で写真取り忘れました！次は麺2倍を頼みたいと思います。豊かなひとときをありがとうございました！また来ます。 ----------------------------------------------------------------- 追記: また来ました。今度はしっかりカメラに納めました。美味しかったです。また来ます。 I came here after work.
