★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 路地裏のレストランにふらっと入って、本日のワインを頼むと、重いの・軽いの・個性的の三択。個性的を選んだら不思議なワインがきた。かすかにクサヤの香りがする。あるいはマッシュルームの山に顔を突っ込んだような香り。これが鶏レバーのペーストと滅茶苦茶にあう。モツ系にぴったりの味。楽しい出会いでありました。

あらかじめ、場所を確認してから行きましたが、表の看板がなかったら、素通りしてしまいそうです。少し路地奥にあります。
欲張りなので、パスタランチ＋肉料理＋デザートで注文。
パスタはこの日はボンゴレロッソとかぼちゃとパンチェッタの二種類。かぼちゃをチョイス。パスタの麺がモチモチ食感でかぼちゃが甘い!甘く似ているのではなくて、絶妙な塩加減で、素材自体の甘さが引き出されていて、とっても美味しかったです。お肉も頼んで正解! 赤ワイン煮でしたが、『いい仕事』されていて、おかわりしたかったくらいです。カウンターとテーブル席、半個室のようなテーブルがあります。
クラッシックの流れる落ち着いた空間で、女性一人でも入れます。
気の良さそうなマスターが、一人で切り盛りされていました。
今回は、ワインが飲めなかったので、是非とも次回はワインと一緒に食べたいなぁ。

I was boiled in red wine, but it was a “good job” and I wanted to replace it. There are counters, table seats and tables like semi-private rooms.

The master who seemed to be nice was being prepared alone.
I couldn't drink wine this time, so I definitely want to eat it with wine next time.
