見た目60代くらいの眼鏡をかけた男性が対応してくれましたが、ガソリン給油後にお会計を言われその際にTSUTAYAカードを渡しましたが
後から言われても無理ですと拒否
システム上、ポイント付与は無理にしても
謝罪もなにもなく、こちらからきちんと先にポイントカードの有無確認してくださいと言っても無視。
バイクでしたので、空気圧のチェックも依頼しましたが空気圧チェック時に
別のお客さん来たと同時に突然何も言わずに
そちらの対応を優先。
一言少々お待ち下さいも言えないのかと思いました。
礼儀もマナーも何も知らないガソリンスタンドで常識知らずなので
近くにコスモさんがあるので今後はそちらを利用したいと思いました
