軽自動車のタイヤ交換を依頼したら規程トルク無視の強すぎる締め付けをされた。(再度外そうとした際にクロスレンチに全体重をかけても外れない、イエ○ーハットに持ち込んだら破断の可能性があるので作業出来ませんとのこと)
クレームを入れた際に対応したジジイはトラック用のトルクレンチを持ち出して外したがその時点でおかしい。外れたんだからいいだろという態度で謝るつもりもない。多分ボルトは伸びているし最悪ボルト破断や金属疲労での破断を起こす事を理解していない頭の悪いスタンド店員には作業してもらいたくないので、二度と使いません。

Jijii, who responded to the complaint, took out the torque wrench for the truck and removed it, but it was strange at that point. I don't mean to apologize for the fact that it's off. Maybe the bolts are stretched and I don't want the clumsy stand clerk who doesn't understand the worst bolt breaks or metal fatigue breaks to do the work, so I won't use it again.
