★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1度オイル交換で利用しました。2回目も利用しようと思いましたが何の提案も無しに料金表だけ見せられてどれにするか決めてくれと言われました。1回目にやった記録とか確認しながらある程度の提案って必要じゃないですかね？こっちは車の知識はないのである程度の説明はして貰わないと分かりません。対応が雑すぎてとてもじゃないけど任せられません。ガソリンが安いだけの店って印象しか無いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前いた好青年見当たらず、今回はピットで作業中の人に〜空気圧のことを頼むと、自分でやると無料。俺らがやると220円有料と説明あるもコンプレッサー見当たらず、有料でお願いすると、いくつ入れます？と客を小馬鹿にするような言い回しあり。タイヤ交換していないからと言っても、客は客！！スタンドはサービス業だと言うことを忘れている応対に悲しいものを感じた。もっと社員教育必要。。昔のＪＯＭＯの方が応対良かった。エネオスは従業員の質が落ちたのか？

代車の満タン返しを求めるのに、借りた時満タンになっていない。
満タンになっていない事を指摘しても、満タンにして貸し出さない。
めんどくさいので、満タンにして返しましたが、とても損をした気分。
ボディリペアの出来栄えは、腹立たしさが収まった頃見たいと思います。
