★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リニューアルしたばかり、基本的に大型はフルサービス、その他はセルフスタンドになりますが、１ヶ所だけフルサービスの場所もあります☺️
大型専用の洗車機もあり、今までと敷地面積は変わりませんが、セルフスペースを新たに多く設けたことにより、待たされる事がなくなりました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リニューアル後、セルフ洗車機が2機新設された。それほど混雑なく、スムーズに洗車できた。トラック用の洗車スペースはよく混んでいる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リニューアル後、フルサービスで給油しようとすると、あからさまに嫌な顔をされることが多々。
以前の接客の良さは、何処へやら。
こちらが悪い訳でも無いのに、甚だ残念です。
思い切って、すべてセルフに切り替えた方が、お互いの為ではなかろうか…。
今後、改善することに期待を込めて、☆１個であります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回、私はタイヤの空気圧を見てもらうためにフルサービスのほうを利用しました。男の方に来ていただき、丁寧にやり取りしていただきました。
しかし、途中から来た「あさば」という女の方に本当に苛立ちました。今日は洗車をしようと思っていて、「洗車します」と男の方に伝えたのですが、そのあとに男の店員の方に「窓をお拭きしましょうか？」といわれて、つい、いつもの流れで「お願いします。」と答えてしまいました。そうしたら「あさば」という人は、窓を閉めてる車の中にも聞こえる大きな声で「洗車するのに窓拭くんですか？なにそれ～？意味わかんないんだけどw」といい、少しそこでむかつきましたが、私も洗車するのに、間違えて窓拭いてくださいといってしまったので、「すみません、窓拭いてといってしまったんですけど洗車するので窓拭かないでもらって大丈夫です。すみません。」と伝えたところ、窓を拭くタオルを使用済みタオルのとこに投げて「ですよね～」といわれました。
こんなにむかついたのは久しぶりです。せめて車の中に聞こえるほどの声で言わないでほしかったです。「あさば」という女にサービスされるときは注意したほうがいいですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通タイヤへの履き替えをしてもらいました。天気が良くなかったのですが傘を持ってきてもらったり履き替え以外に無料で点検をしてもらい何がどうダメになっているのかを丁寧に説明してくださいました。
車に詳しくないので説明してくれた女性スタッフさんの電池に例えた説明やオイルの必要性などとてもわかりやすく凄いな、と思いました！車検までの期間も考え安価で済むことを提案してもらい助かりました！普段、車検や点検をお願いしている所よりだいぶ安く済みました！
家が逆方向なので、いつもここに来るのにはUターンをしなくてはならなくて、つい入りやすい他のスタンドに行ってしまっていましたが、とても親切な対応で女性スタッフの方の知識にも感動しました！ありがとうございました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シャワーも有ります。洗車場も混みまくってて、何とか1台分空いてたのでそこに止めて利用できましたが、夕方洗車ラッシュの時にはシャワー待ちよりも駐車場探すのが大変かもですね?
シャワー室は浴槽の無いタイプで、その分広いので良い感じです。エアコンが効いてるのか、外からの冷気が入ってきてるのか、とても快適です。

時間に伺って名前を伝えたら「〇〇さんですね。」と分かっていたような感じだったのに
「予約入ってません。」と意味が分からない。
せっかく納車してコーティングを…と思ったのに…
台無しです。
予約した証拠もなかったのでこちらも悪いですが
ちょっとくらい謝ることあってもよかったんじゃないかなと思います…
これ見てる予約の時に出た男性店員さん、思い出しましたか？
とっても悲しく、嫌な思いをしました。
