面子はよく替わるが代々女性スタッフが多い。働き易い環境なんだろう。
以前より、男前の接客に優れた凄く声の良いスタッフさんがいらっしゃいますわ。こういう方はサービス業には大事です。中々いない人材かと。会社の宝だと思います。

The face changes frequently but there are many female staff for generations. It's an easy working environment.
