★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗車を終えて、車?の中の清掃をしていた際に、社員によるパワハラ現場を見た。洗車機が不調のため、若いスタッフの方が、点検していたが、作業が順調で無かったため、中年の頭の薄いスタッフがパワハラに近い言葉で、指導していた。その際お客様も待っていたので、自分も一緒に手伝えば、スムーズに進んだに違いないのに、口だけで自分は全く作業に加わっていなかった。
このようなことが、二度と無いように、責任者にはしっかりと、指導をしてもらいたいと思う。
