It was in a village and I saw many dog walks this morning. It is in full bloom until Obon, and it seems to be harvested after that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 伯耆町の「景観形成作物栽培促進事業」。今年のひまわりの栽培面積は約11ヘクタール。2020年8月6日現在、5万本のひまわりが満開状態。7月末に開花、お盆過ぎくらいまで楽しめる。
"Landscape forming crop cultivation promotion project" in Hoki-cho. This year's sunflower cultivation area is about 11 hectares. As of August 6, 2020, 50,000 sunflowers are in full bloom. It blooms at the end of July and can be enjoyed until just past the Bon Festival.
