 I learned from this shop that the originator of hayashi rice was Ena. The rice contained a lot of millet rice and local ingredients.

Your local gourmet Ena Hayashi in croquette & taro croquette of Ena is COSPA very good at 820 yen with. When I visited the other day, I was crowded with local elderly people.

大正カツ丼とは所謂デミカツ丼の事で、大正時代に作られたハヤシライスに因んで名付けられたそうです

薄めのカツにハヤシライス風のソースがかかった丼。爽やかなトマトのアジが美味しい！
聞けば恵那市はハヤシライスの生みの親のゆかりの地とのこと。次はハヤシライスも食べてみたい。

A bowl of thin cutlet with hayashi rice-style sauce. The refreshing tomato horse mackerel is delicious!
I heard that Ena City is a place related to the creator of Hayashi Rice. Next time I would like to eat hayashi rice.

ちょっと遅めに入ったので、他のお客さんもおらず、ゆっくりできました。
あったかいお茶を出して頂いたのもありがたかったです。
大正カツ丼を注文しましたが、ボリュームたっぷりでとても美味しかったです！デミグラスカツ丼かな。
他のお店が昼過ぎから休みに入ってる中営業してたので助かりました。

As we entered a little late, there was no other customers and we were able to relax.
I was grateful that they served warm tea.
I ordered Taisho Katsudon, but it was hearty and very delicious! I guess it is Demigrass Katsudon
As other shops were open during the afternoon, they were open during the day and were saved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここでしか食べれないかつ丼。嫌味のないドカンとお腹に残らない"かつ丼"です。大人向きかも。すすると瞬殺で染み渡る味噌汁、いい脇役です。
Katsudon that can only be eaten here. It's a sarcastic dokan and a "katsudon" that doesn't leave your stomach. Maybe it's suitable for adults. Miso soup that permeates with instant killing is a good supporting role.

ルーには牛肉、玉ねぎ、マッシュルームが使用されていてふわっと来る甘さが特徴。
ライスには赤米が使用されていてナイス(≧∇≦)b
待っている間、女性店員が冷水を出してくれて親切に応対してくれたのには感謝です(^_-)☆
