★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅前駅直結なのが便利。手続きもスムーズです。他のレンタカー屋では、到着時に迎えに来てくれて、あとやっておきますよ、というのが多いですが、ここはそういう対応はなし。いい意味でドライ。
It is convenient to be directly connected to the station. The procedure is also smooth. At other rental car shops, they often pick us up when they arrive and will do the rest, but this is not the case here. Dry in a good way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付はカウンターの無愛想な女性が客の免許証を見るなり感情をあらわにし、手続きが終わると研修中の札を付けた初老の男性がタメ口でご対応。
普通は出発まで見送るのに、こちらでは説明完了と共に「説明は以上」と言い残し事務所へご帰還になりました。
JR東日本の本社ご担当の皆様、自腹でこの対応をされたら如何思われますか？
肝心の車両はワイパーの拭き残し多数で雨天時の運転は冷汗もの。
ワイパーブレードくらいチェックして下さいよ、タメ口おっさん。
お仕事でご使用になるならアレですが、自腹でのご使用はお勧め致しません。(寛大な方は除く)
