★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大学生バイト雇いが主なので教える先生の良し悪しが激しい。大学生も大変なのは分かるけどお仕事なので寝たりとかせずに責任を持って臨んでほしい。頑張って下さい。
 Most of the jobs are university student hires, so the quality of teachers is very good. I understand that university students are also tough, but since it is a job, I want them to take responsibility instead of sleeping. good luck.

Others have also written it, but part-time students are not good. Especially private university students are terrible. Other individual cram schools are similar, though.
