まったく運動経験もなくジムも続かなかった30代後半ですが^^; トレーナーさん(美人でスタイル抜群)のおかげで着実に結果が出ています♡♡食事指導も具体的で無理なく続けられる内容ですし、トレーニングも無駄がなく決して無理のない内容で、とても大満足です!!完全個室でマンツーマン、室内もとてもキレイで安心安全!!なんの心配もなく通えています。もっと早く通えていたら…と思うほどです。ちょうど折り返し地点ですが、自分史上1番良い身体を目指して続けていきたいです。

結婚式でドレスを綺麗に着るために思い切って通い始めました。 いつも自分では持続しないダイエットですが、トレーナーさんとマンツーマンのトレーニングで、食事指導もしてくれるので、今までよりも断然がんばれています。 トレーナーさんの指導のおかげで、始めて数週間で体重が予想よりもおち、モチベーション が上がっています。 2ヶ月コースの今はまだ半分ですが、残り1ヶ月も頑張って目標達成したいと思います!

メンテナンスコースに通い始め、2ヶ月ちょっとになります。スタッフの方の笑顔と応援で、週一回のトレーニングを楽しみにできています。 トレーニング中はつらいですが、終わった後の達成感にいつも感動です! 気になる部分に合わせたトレーニングを組んでいただけます。トレーニングだけでなく食事も相談に乗っていただいています。 理想的な体型に少しでも近づけるようこれからも頑張りたいと思います!

ダイエットコースを始めて3ヶ月目です。腰痛持ちで心配でしたが悪化なく行えてます。食事制限とトレーニングで健康的に減量できていてうれしいです。トレーニングは辛い時もありますが励ましの言葉で頑張れます。目標まで頑張れそうです。

トレーニングはキツくて、毎回無理だな~と思っちゃうけど、トレーナーさんのおかげでなんとか乗り切れてます。しっかり効果も出て、着れなくなっていた洋服がまた着られるようになりました!体型だけでなく、日々の生活の改善にも効果ありです。トレーナーさんのお話は体のトレーニングだけにとどまらず、心のトレーニングにもなっていて、とても助かっています!! トレーニングルームは完全個室で、回りの目を気にすることなく運動できるので、通いやすく続けることができました。もうちょっとで、がんばれる自分を取り戻せそうな気がします!

40代になって、毎日ダイエットしなくちゃな〜とわかってはいても自分だけの意思じゃどうにも出来ずに、やはりプロの手を借りようと意を決して始めてみました!2ヶ月コースで、あと少し最後の追い込みまで来ましたー!週2回のトレーニングはキツいです!が、週2回のトレーニングだけ頑張ればあとは、家で横になってダラダラ過ごしても全然OKな所や、1番不安だった食事管理ですが、食べていいもの、ダメなものと、とってもわかりやすくファイルで管理出来るので私にとっては2ヶ月頑張るモチベーションになりました!!慣れてくると、これが食べれるな!とか工夫して食べたりできました!トレーニングは、トレーナーさんが細かくわかりやすく指示を下さるし、頑張れるように声かけや、褒めてくれるので1人じゃない!って思わせてくれるのでモチベーションも上がるし、頑張れます!完全に個室なので、誰の目も気にせず、辛い時は辛いー!と声出せます笑。目標の−10キロ目指して、あと少し頑張ります!!

2か月のダイエットコースです! 私の場合食事のとり方がよくないので体重はあまり減っていませんが、毎回トレーニングのあとは必ず筋肉痛になってます!絶対日常では意識しない場所なので、嬉しいです(笑)学生のときに通ってたジムでは鍛えやすいところをやりすぎてムキっとしてしまった経験があったので心配していたのですが、つかない方が良い筋肉を極力使わないことを痩せたいところを意識してトレーニングできるので、良いなあと思います○

パーソナル、女性専用、雰囲気・体験での対応などとてもよく入会しました。食事制限はありますが、意外と食べられるし、痩せる為なら頑張れる内容だと思います。 トレーニングは汗だくですが、みるみる脂肪が筋肉に変わる自分の姿に驚きです。体型に合わせた内容のトレーニングをやって頂けるので、とってもオススメです!
