オーダーしたものは、オリーブ盛合せ、いぶりがっこ、野菜のシーザーサラダ、ジェノバ風スパゲッティーニ、４種チーズ ピザ。お通しにゆでた枝豆でしたがうぶ毛のついた新鮮そのもの、塩加減も好みでした。
ドリンクは、新潟限定ビイル=久しぶりに美味しいビールをいただきました。そのあとは日本酒で柏崎の越乃誉と村上の〆張鶴。どれも料理と合っていました。
再び柏崎に来る機会があれば訪れたい店です。ごちそうさまでした。
