中	中川淳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヤフオクで見に覚えのない請求書がありました　何にも出品したことがないのに手数料6万円台の請求でした　ヤフオクには問合せの電話がなくスマホの画面では履歴なしと表示でるだけで困っていました　携帯会社に問合せしてもアプリの中なのでどうしようもないと言われました　消費生活センターに行って状況を説明するとすぐにヤフーへ電話してくれ対応方法を教えてくれその通りヤフオクにメールしました　その日のうちに調査しますと連絡があり20日後に不正があったので請求書は破棄してくださいということで無事解決しました　警察行ったり市役所行ったりしましたが早く消費生活センターへ行けば良かったです　こういったトラブルがあれば消費生活センターに相談したら良いと思います　担当者の方も非常に丁寧親切でした There was an invoice that I did not remember at Yahoo auction. I went to the police and the city hall, but I quickly consumed my life. It should have been to the center. If you have such a problem, I think you should consult the Consumer Affairs Center. The person in charge is also very polite and helpful.

き	きっちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ややこしい解約のしかたが書かれててやってもやっても解約できなくてだんだん怖くなってきて、消費者センターに電話しました。今日来れますかと聞かれましたので、すぐいきますといって行ったらあっと言うまに解約の話を相手にしてくれてすぐ解約になりました。解約できるまでにできるだけ細かいことをお話しました。親身になってきいてもらえてだんだん安心に変わっていきました。そして電話をしてくるのでまっててくださいといわれたのでまっていたら、10分から15分くらいたった時戻ってこられて、解約できましたよって言ってくれたのでした。クレカを使ってたのですごく不安で心配で怖かったので一気に安心したのか涙がでてきてすごく感謝しました。染川さんありがとうございました。一生わすれません。本当にありがとうございました。 I called the Consumer Center because I was getting scared because I couldn't cancel even if I tried to write a complicated cancellation method.
